Returns & Exchanges

You can return any product ordered on the website Ninasamosi.com for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product can be returned for exchange or refund free of charge (apart from the actual cost of returning the product). In case of returning product reimbursement will be made as soon as possible, and within 30 days.

following the decision of returning the product, you must communicate to us through the CONTACT US form, including the information of the order number containing the items to be returned, and the reason for your return; to get all required information for the delivery.

In the case of returning the product, it is your responsibility to prove that the goods have been returned, which you can provide as proof of sending and delivery. The costs of return of the goods will be your responsibility. NINA SAMOSI is not responsible for items returned to Ninasamosi.com that have been lost, wrongly delivered, or delivered late by a carrier of your choice. It is your responsibility to cover all risks of these returns, as well as the expenses, insurance, and shipping costs linked to these returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
